I need to post pics...need batteries!

Get it done!

What a Day, What a Week!

After years of saying no to having a colonoscopy I set up and appointment due to the urging of my gyn. She did a marvelous job of convincing me.

Prep complete, met wonderful nurses and doctors however my heart must no have been in it. My rhythm was erratic and heart rate was 47. So procedure was cancelled and they sent me to emergency room for more test and then home for future testing. I feel and felt fine. Guess the man up stairs agrees with me that the are some places a camera should NOT be.

Tomorrow the psychiatrist visit to check meds, speech Wed., Jenny Craig and orthopedics Thurs. Getting older is a full time job.

The upside of all of this is a 12 inch stack of catalogs and mags read, made cards, nails done, made cards, Toto toilet/ bidet repaired, made cards, and made cards, made decision to join local chamber, delivered cards, had fun.

Down side...I forgot my hubbies birth day. thought it was Sat. when it was Fri.

Almost Home

okay Miss Bonnie,
Have the homeless get out of the house today. It is okay if they leave fresh food for us to us.
Leaving Flagstaff today and ready to be home however lots more places I want to see. We have eaten and nearly every Cracker Barrel from here to St. Louis with one more to go. Visited two different Archivers, one in Colorado and one in Illinois plus various other scrapbook stores along the way.
Weather wise we arrive just before or just after bad weather, except one night in St. Louis with thunder, lightening and tornados.
St. Louis was our goal to attend a Mary Engelbreit workshop. We tour her studio, met her friends from her Home Companion mag. Took four make it projects...Had a good time.
Did I tell you that the drive from just before St. George through to Denver via I 70 is unbelievable scenery. The Rockies WOW!!!!

Mary Engelbreit Workshop

We arrived in St. Louis for a workshop with Mary Engelbreit and various other artists. I had a great time at the workshop making things while Craig went to the ball game and walked the city.
We went to the zoo, the Arch, and some stores and have generally really enjoyed our time here.
Tomorrow we head home with my head full of ideas. Onward and upward.
