Dolores and Jenn, Thank you for the info.  I will look for memento in the mean time I found a permanent ink at Art Glitter Institute.  Label says Barbara Trombley's Art Glitter.  I dry it with heat tool and so far it is working for me.
Jenn I printed out digis and colored without smears.  I use hp ink jets I think. So far so good.
I also had help from my son on how to shrink those oversized digis.  I must have printed a ton.

Memento ink

I brought my copics with me however I am in need of memento or staz on ink in the Sedona, Ariz area.

Copic Blending

We stopped this weekend in Phoenix area to take a copic coloring class from Jenn Dove at The Craft Retreat.  What a great time.  My color blending improve with a different paper by Hammermill.  What a difference from what I was using.
BTW If you are in the Glendale area The Craft Retreat has different items for stampers and a large supply of Tim Holtz products.
